The Firm

CAELLAS is a Legal Boutique dedicated exclusively to Criminal Law, which provides its services to individuals and companies, as well as other lawyers.
Based in Barcelona and Ibiza, it gives advice and legal assistance throughout Spain and cooperates with offices abroad. In addition, it has a network of collaborators for those matters that require the intervention of experts in other disciplines.

MÒNICA CAELLAS CAMPRUBÍ

The owner of the Firm is Mònica Caellas Camprubí, Criminal Lawyer, with more than 20 years of experience in the criminal field.

Member no. 33450 of the ICAB-Barcelona Bar Association (2008).
Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the UAB- Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2008), Master in Criminal Law from the ICAB-Barcelona Bar Association (2009) and Master’s Degree in Cybercrime from the UIC Barcelona-Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (2018). She has completed her continuous training by obtaining multiple Diplomas and Certifications for her attendance and participation in courses, seminars and conferences on Criminal Law issues, in distinguished academic institutions.
Before founding CAELLAS (2018), she worked as a career civil servant in criminal judicial bodies (2001-2007). She also worked as a Criminal Lawyer in renowned law firms (2009-2018). In addition, she was enrolled as a Public Defender (2013-2022).

As a teacher, he is a Speaker in courses and conferences on Criminal Law at the ICAB-Barcelona Bar Association, Speaker in the University Master’s Degree in Spanish Legal Professions (Abogado & Procurador), in the Postgraduate Degree in Compliance and in the Master’s Degree in Economic Criminal Law and Compliance at the UPF Barcelona School of Management, Associate Professor in the Degree in Law and Speaker in the Postgraduate Degree in Compliance and Cybersecurity at the UIC Barcelona-Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and Collaborating Professor in the Online University Master’s Degree in Law Practice at the UOC-Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

She is the author of doctrinal articles in books and magazines specialized in Criminal Law.

She speaks Catalan, Spanish and English.
